Dues are $100 per lot, per year, payable on    January 1. Dues are delinquent after March 1.

There is not a late fee, but dues that become more than 1 year delinquent can be subject to a 10% interest charge.

If there are financial difficulties, please contact the MLOA Treasurer or use the “Contact Us” link and an arrangement will be made to avoid unpaid dues becoming a problem.

Please DO NOT mail cash as there is a high chance of theft. If you need to pay with cash, please contact the Treasurer so a receipt can be prepared. A receipt is required for cash payments to prove the source of the cash for the annual financial audit. The receipt also gives the owner proof of dues payment similar to a cancelled check.
